Ellie Lambert – Recommended by Nominating Committee
Ellie Lambert has been licensed for 26 years and is the brokerIowner of Better Homes and Gardens RealEstate Ellie & Associates. Ellie has earned her designation in AHWD®, SRES® & CRS® and is C2X endorsed. She is currently a member of WCR, graduated from the 2014 District 6 Leadership Academy,& currently serves as Governmental Affairs Chair. Ellie has been an active member of GTR since 1998. She has served on numerous GTR committees, and currently serves as Vice President of GTR and serves as a Florida Director. She has chaired and vice-chaired RPAC for a total of six years. Ellie’s passion for RPAC earned her the 2016 GTR Presidents award. Outside of real estate, Ellie is a member of The National Association of Notary’s, holds her insurance and annuities license. I am Bob Pasquarello and am seeking the position of 2020 President Elect of Greater Tampa REALTORS®. I have been a REALTOR® since 2003 and actively volunteering with GTR since 2006. I currently serve as the 2019 GTR Treasurer.
Prior to moving here in 2001, I lived in Southeastern Pennsylvania with my wife of now 50 years and our 2 children. I spent much of my career in engineering positions in the medical industry and the water, wastewater and toxic gas analysis areas. I eventually moved into Manufacturing Management, Inventory Control and IT Management for a startup company. I was with that company for 15 years.
In 2000, my wife was offered an opportunity at her Company’s new Corporate HQ in Tampa. The Tampa Bay area is now our home and we are very happy here.
Today, along with working with Sellers and Buyers, I enjoy a little golf, a little treasure hunting on the beach and a bunch of volunteering at GTR and my Community. It reminds me often why folks here say “it’s just another day in Paradise”.

Ruth joined Greater Tampa REALTORS® (GTR) in 2001 after serving over 23 years in the U.S. Army where she achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Currently serving as GTR Secretary. Diana Englehart Kurtz, is a Licensed Broker and Director of Training & Development for Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate. She’s been involved with GTR since 2012 in several committees such as Finance, Government Affairs, By Laws, Strategic Planning & served as 2014 YPN Chair, 2016 Installation Chair and currently 2019 Vice Chair for Grievance. Most recently she has completed a 2-year term as a Director of the Board for Stellar MLS. Diana has been a FL REALTOR®Director since 2014, has served on various committees & currently on the Forms and REALTOR® /Attorney sub-committee.

Sherman Milton III is a life-long Dade City resident and graduated from Saint Leo University with a degree in marketing, Sherman has also been selling real estate in Dade City and the surrounding Tampa Bay area for more than 3 years. Ashley Christie was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, attended Tampa Catholic High School, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. While attending USF, she began working at a local title company and law office. In 2012, Ashley obtained her real estate license and obtained her broker’s license in 2017.
Ashley has been an active member of Greater Tampa REALTORS®since 2013 and previously served as its Vice President and a director. John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School with both a BA and MBA in 1978.
He joined AAA Auto Club South in 1989 and assumed increasing responsibilities, becoming CEO in 2009. He formed two insurance companies with premium of $250 million and orchestrated the largest AAA merger, forming a club with 8.5 million members and $3.5 Billion in sales. John retired from AAA in June 2015. He then started Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services with Holly (wife) and Ali (daughter).

Anthony is often considered a Maverick and passionate for problem solving. One of the reasons he chose to embark in leadership with the Greater Tampa REALTORS® was to showcase a voice for the future of our members. Anthony graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Hospitality Degree. He currently takes classes to become certified to teach and coach in Florida with a strong desire to redevelop a Master’s in Real Estate program at the USF.
When he is not taking pleasure in time with his 4 year old son, AJ; he is involved as Advisory Board Member at the South Tampa YMCA, Certified Mentor with Boys and Girls Club, active donor to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, Big Brothers and Big Sisters volunteer, and donates blood platelets for OneBlood. In February 2019, he embarked on his first habitat mission in Costa Rica through St. Andrew’s UMC in Brandon.
Gipsy Perry works for BHG Real Estate Ellie & Associates. She is passionate about her career, family and God. Mother of 3 boys and married for the past 15 years. Working as a real estate agent since 2016 in the Tampa area has given her an opportunity to help people in many different levels. She is very resourceful, and love to educate clients so they can make the best choice for their situation. She works the Miami, Brevard, Orlando, Tampa and all the cities in between, which has provided her with a lot of knowledge of different markets and the opportunities to make our Association more successful. Currently Volunteering in the Governmental Affairs Committee, RPAC Committee, Realtors New Builders Committee, Global International Committee and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, 2018 Leadership Academy Graduate and always looking to better further her career. I had been selected for the Edward T. Starr Leadership award in 2016 by the Greater Tampa REALTORS® Association and recognized by the Florida REALTORS® Honor Society in 2017, 2018, 2019.
If I’m selected to serve as an Officer and/or Director with Greater Tampa REALTORS®, I would work closely with our realtors to reflect our realtors’ wishes and likes to our Association for the supports in business as well in educations to gain better skills in the business and in assisting of the consumers with ethical and professional conduct.
As a Tampa Bay REALTORS® for over 20 years, Connie has at one time or another engaged in the industry at every level. She is a boots on the ground agent that has also offered much leadership in the community. Her commitment to the industry is second to none and her community involvement has awarded her many leadership positions in organizations like serving as President of Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay and President of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
One of her national goals is bringing more member services to GTR and educating our members as to how to benefit from them.
She believes balance is key in any organization’s leadership team. She has consistently shown her love for our industry by serving on local, state and national committees and has been appointed and elected to positions of leadership on all levels. She was selected by her peers as 2017 Florida REALTOR® Associate of the Year and 2013 National Association of REALTORS® Hero of the Year.
Elaine started her career in Real Estate after relocating to Tampa with her family in 2015. Prior to that she studied Graphic Design/Visual Communications and worked for a major publishing house in NYC for about 10 years.
In her short time in Real Estate Elaine has completely devoted herself to her profession and her community. Now she owns her brokerage and has earned several National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) designations and certifications including GRI®, CIPS®, ABR®, AHWD®, RSPS®, ePRO®, SFR® and PSA®.
Since 2017 Elaine volunteers in several committees and associations including Greater Tampa REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She also takes time to give back to the community by participating with several outreach programs. Kathy Lea Van Wert
Kathy Lea Van Wert came to the real estate profession from a career in banking and finance. Kathy Lea began her real estate career in 2002, working in a smaller brokerage.
In addition to general real estate Kathy Lea also worked for a national builder, David Weekley Homes. She enjoyed the experience of selling from a dirt lot to a complete home for her buyers, ensuring their dream home was built to their satisfaction.
Seeing the writing on the wall in the real estate industry in 2007 Kathy Lea went back to school to obtain her brokers license and consequently opened her own boutique brokerage in 2008. She has since obtained designations in SRES, MRP, and SFR.
For GTR Kathy Lea has served on the grievance committee and currently serves on the professional standards committee. She is also a member of the Florida REALTORS® board and serves on 2 committees – building and diversity.
Kathy Lea has volunteered for overseas humanitarian causes, local homeless outreaches and local communities – old Seminole Heights and Hampton Terrace.
