Retain access to these great benefits and more by submitting your 2022 membership dues by Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

A $75 late fee was charged to all accounts upaid by Monday, December 6, 2021 at 5 p.m.  Any accounts paid after 5 p.m. January 18 will result in a suspension of your REALTOR® designation and a $75 reinstatement fee.

New this year, you will see the option to include your 2022-23 MLS dues, along with your Association dues. If you decide to include your MLS dues with your Association Dues we will include $459 for your 2022-23 MLS payment and you will not be billed in the Spring by Stellar MLS.

Members who pay their 2022 Association Dues and their 2022-23 MLS dues prior to January 1 will be eligible to enroll in a monthly prepayment plan in 2022 to pay the following year’s dues.

Your invoice contains your National, State and Local Association dues, which provide your access to all benefits, programs, products and services provided by GTR, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association REALTORS®. You also have the opportunity to make optional payments through this dues invoice. See details about optional payments below.

Global Council

The Tampa Bay Global Business Council is committed to providing members with the education and tools to conduct real estate transactions with foreign buyers and sellers. Dues are $25 annually.

REALTORS® Care Foundation

The REALTORS® Care Foundation is a charitable organization that provides grants for first-time buyers needing down payment assistance. Since 2006, RCF has helped 115 homeowners, most of who are still in the same home. Additional funding will help more families own their homes. Your suggested contribution is $25, but you may adjust the amount.

RPAC Investment 

Voluntary contributions to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee are used to help elect candidates who understand and support REALTORS® interests. These are not tax deductible.
