Zephryhills office shifts to only virtual services
Today there are more ways to connect and communicate with Greater Tampa REALTORS® than ever before – website, live chat, social media, video conferencing, email, phone and more. We are excited to have the resources needed to serve our members in ways that work best for their lifestyles. But – it has meant less in-person activity, significantly at our Zephryhills office.
As a result, the Greater Tampa REALTORS® Board of Directors decided to permanently close our Zephyrhills office, effective January 14, 2022. The property will be listed for sale.
Just as the closure of our other satellite offices, the sale of this property is a business decision made by our leaders who are acting in the best interest of you – our members.
Don’t worry – Mary Emmons, our wonderful member services coordinator who staffs the office will join the larger team at our main location, 2918 West Kennedy Boulevard Tampa, Florida 33609. The Wesley Chapel office also remains open and, of course, we welcome members to either office at any time.
