Commercial Academy of Real Estate (CARE) - GTR

Welcome to the Commercial Academy of Real Estate (CARE), Greater Tampa REALTORS®’ newest commercial real estate program for transitioning residential and newer commercial REALTORS®. CARE is designed to prepare GTR members to thrive in the commercial marketplace and prevent business losses by equipping the next generation of successful commercial REALTORS® with the tools that are generally used in commercial transactions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION FROM THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ACADEMY (CARE)

To be eligible for graduation, members must attend the following:

At least FIVE Core Specialty Classes*
At least FOUR Elective Classes
At least TWO Commercial Legal Lounge Sessions

*if you are unable to attend one of the core sessions, you may attend one additional elective as a substitute class
