2020 was certainly a wild ride, but it is 2021 now and it is time to look forward. If you are an affiliate partner of Greater Tampa REALTORS® (GTR), you are likely planning for this new year. Now, how can you maximize that return on investment?
First, make sure you are connecting with REALTORS® and your peers! Show up to association events and offerings, whether in-person or virtual, and introduce yourself. GTR periodically hosts events like trivia night, happy hour and Q&As with association leadership. Social events like these provide ideal networking opportunities. On average, GTR offers 35+ sponsorship opportunities per month. Carefully choose your preferred classes based on your target market and show them what you have to offer.
