GTR’s Affiliate membership offers you hundreds (literally) of opportunities to reach local REALTORS®, create valuable business relationships, and increase your business. Through your membership, you will have access to the following benefits:

• Access to GTR’s member portal
• Hundreds of chances to sponsor classes/events – speak to our members face-to-face!
• Inclusion of your company and individual listing in GTR’s online and printed Affiliate Membership Directory
• Subscriptions to GTR’s publications, including the Greater Tampa REALTOR® magazine, weekly e-newsletters, and more
• Display of your business cards on our Affiliate wall

Affiliate membership is prorated. Here are the costs:

• January – $250.00
• February – $229.17
• March – $208.33
• April – $187.50
• May – $166.67
• June – $145.83
• July – $125.00
• August – $104.17
• September – $83.33
• October – $312.50
• November – $291.67
• December – $270.83

Associate Affiliate membership is:

• $50 – Full Year (January – December)
  There is no proration Association Affiliate dues.

The opportunities for Affiliates to become involved are endless! GTR hosts many educational courses, networking events and member programs that offer you the chance to meet with REALTORS® and grow your business. Affiliates have access to weekly e-mails and the bimonthly GTR publication, which includes all available networking and sponsorship opportunities.

Affiliates are welcome to join GTR’s many committees or task forces. Our association has a variety of other committees to choose from, such as our Professional Development Committee, Events Committee, or Property Managers Forum. Each year in the fall, GTR releases a Committee Request Form to allows members to apply for appointment to committees.”
